Scope

This draft policy describes information collected through the RenewAI marketing website. It does not cover the product application. Product data-handling details are not yet published; confirm them before sharing contracts.

Information we collect

• Demo requests: name, work email, company, optional qualification answers and messages, consent, submission time and your browser’s user-agent string.
• Privacy enquiries: email address, request type, message, consent, submission time and a handling status. Name, company and demo qualification answers are not required or stored for this flow.
• Both forms check an anti-spam field and how long the form was open before submission.

How we use it

Demo enquiries help us respond and discuss whether RenewAI may fit your needs. Privacy enquiries are saved separately for responding to privacy requests, not demo follow-up.

Storage and access

Website enquiries are stored in the marketing website's database by server-side submission functions. Database access rules deny saved enquiry reads to public and signed-in website visitors. This does not establish any safeguards for customer documents in the product application.

Retention and deletion

No retention schedule has been established for marketing website enquiries. The website has no automated deletion process. Submitting a deletion request records an enquiry for privacy handling; it does not delete information or confirm that deletion has been completed.

Privacy contact and your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question through the privacy enquiry form. Only provide the email associated with your website enquiry and enough detail to explain your request. Do not send contracts or identity documents.
